I’ve decided to give it a go!

After your lovely comments on Facebook I’ve decided to take the city & guilds course in embroidery.

I had a taster module last week to see if it was the right course for me. I had to design a small bag that has 3 or 4 layers of fabric and the theme was circles and lines.

So that’s my attempt and ……. i passed 🙂

However I have decided that I would like Christmas out of the way first and I  still have a big list of UFP’s to crack on with. So January I’ll knuckle down and take the course.

Thank you again for the lovely comments, it’s really given me a kick up the bum.

Here’s a little embroidery piece I’ve finished in the mean time

I just love the colours.

But next its to finish a quilt I started weeks ago and the decorations for the hospice.

I’ve got deliveries to unpack now so I’ll catch up with you later.

Thanks for reading. xxxxx
